I had the new chat for about 10 mins and I logged out and then back in and it was gone, I was like wtf. Where has the chat gone. Does any one know why it has been took off?

The new players chat is just for new players, anyone 31 days and younger. It has been like that for a while now. Though today the chats were being updated so there may have been something that happened that allowed you to see it for a moment.

New chat! Chit man, i have seen NO chat for about 2 days now. Sometimes i see the boxes and sometimes i don't.
Is the format different? Looks the same to me, well when i see the boxes, which has been on and off again all day.

The new players chat is just for new players, anyone 31 days and younger. It has been like that for a while now. Though today the chats were being updated so there may have been something that happened that allowed you to see it for a moment. |
I was on my phone when the chat came up, so i never got to see it. However I doub't there was a bug since it said clearly at the top of torn telling people to press Ctrl+F5 to reload their chatboxes for the new chat to work.

I noticed that as well - was gone with the next page load though.

I haven't been able to use chat for 2days even though boxes were there.
I even got to see the new chat for like 3minutes before it just disappeared. I want mto be able to chat for cripes sake.. grrrr.

Wasn't there something up top earlier that said a new & improved chat was being implemented?

I saw that and I witnessed the box as it said the other persons name and mine for 3minutes. but again i couldnnt chat cuz i haven't been able to chat for 2days..

It wasn't new players chat Zed, it was just a brand new chat, however there were a few bugs with it so it may be being worked on again.

I have to clear my cache to use the chats , they usually break the chats when they introduce events like dog tags

It
was
really
bad
and
had
issues
with
lag.
It's probably being worked on and will be released later, but don't get excited it's exactly the same as the old chat but probably easier to spy on us, which sucks.
