Mugging is the best way to go. Leaving someone means you get more experience, so if you are into levelling, you are doing it anyway. Hospitalizing time is too long for a contest such as this one.

Oh, and for those who are going to try to mug me...don't bother, last three years, it's always been the same guy who took mine, so don't waste your E on me

Is the dog tag only given on mugging? Dont you think it should have been given even when hospitalizing someone, so that you can chain and do the dog tag merits at the same time?
