I thought happy tagging was supposed to start today.

Maybe it will go the same way as King of the Hill.

Edit: However in retrospect the "Easter Egg Hunt" would make more sense as Easter falls at the end of this month.

The Easter Egg hunt is next month.

January 5th - King of the Hill (Cancelled - Pending merger with new faction war system)
February 5th - Empty slot
March 5th - Happy Tagging
April 5th - Easter egg hunt
May 5th - Empty slot
June 5th - Boss Fight (Unconfirmed, requires new attack system)
July 5th - Mr / Miss Torn
August 5th - Endurance Challenge
September 5th - World War
October 5th - Halloween Town
November 5th - Torn of the Dead
December 5th - Christmas Town

I hope they spruce'd it up for this year, it's been three months and all we've seen is a new word added to our profile page.

I know they may be busy with Torn 2.0 but he says himself they have multiple development teams, surely something must be ready. Updates are so slow with the player committee around now.

EDIT: New chat 'could' but good, but meh it'll be broken for about 1 year I reckon.
EDIT2: A good start, 'We hit a release problem, so have reverted.'
EDIT3: Chat 2.0, you get some more spacing inbetween messages?!? I really hope Torn 2.0 isn't this crap.

I know someone who survived the whole month with more than 50 dog tags with under 1m total battle stats, so pretty much anyone can play and get the honour, just depends how much effort you are willing to give.

Yes, I thought we were supposed to have a new event scheduled on this sophisticated high class game on the 5th of every month.

Could this be a lag problem and what is the reason for the lag?

Even if we do get a new event (happy tagging) it will not be fair or playable for the new users. Just one more event where the players committee and the high level players can play with themselves. (Happy masturbating.)

personally i prefer to have one available rather then like past months..as far as i know none it is forced to take the competition
