Why not? I see no official announcement about it, so I checked the forums to see what anybody knew. City finds... you can buy them in the item market. However, if you think it will stop you from getting radiation sickness, it wont. They are only for building a dirty bomb, so don't waste your money.

Alright, so the use of a DB can occur anytime then, as long as somebody has a DB? I noticed most of the areas (stores) are closed except for the weapon store, will something happen that will cause a big fight like the WW?
