There's a good idea in this thread, though. An end-of-year competition for Mayor of the city. Make it similar to Mr. or Miss Torn, except it is absolutely manipulable. Each player that wants to run can campaign, write articles in the newspaper, make promises, even outright bribe votes.


Now, what kind of benefits would Mayor of Torn GET? That's the fun thing to consider.
