Bushido, on the cheaper side you only have candies....
You can use 48 lollipops and gain 1200 happy.
or use the ones that provide 50 happy and gain 2400 happy.

I don't really know if this is any use to you because it isn't a cool down, maybe it can go under update effects? However, an update on cannabis now means you can get a 3 nerve boost instead of just 1 or 2

Can of red cow and rockstar rudolph are currently cheaper than FHC. But with that you won't get the Happy-Bonus of FHC.

Happy: 11250/4400, Lollies amd exstacy burn refill and burn again. Even got my Hard Yakka from the job used while happy was up there. 24 hour cool down kinda sucks but I can only refill once a day anyway.

I'd still say for the feather coupon that using the refils (if donator) each time to get you the 24hours would give you 2,000 happy and 600 energy.
