new members wiill have to unlock global before moving onto middle class, where as we shouldn't have to as we have been training in it all along. (thats just my logic, tc logic could work the other way where we have to go through another exp bar for global)

they added it because i think that new players wont get global gym unlocked immediately, atleast i think so.
Correct, only current members were given access to global... as it wouldn't really be fair to just cut your gains in half without any warning...

Considering its already unlocked I highly doubt you would have to go through the exp for it, I would imagine you would just move up to middle class as it is exp for the "next" unlockable gym. But then we'll know for sure in a couple days.

I believe you will still have to work through Global. As the experience rate (energy used) changes for each gym, we would still have to work through Global s experience rate to unlock the gym after it. It does make perfect sense that we would need to work through the experience of Global. It is Davies Gym that unlocks Global, so it would have to of been Davies Gym that was skipped, not Global.
That's the number of bars I get too, however when in Global the 4 bars for dexterity @ pour femme are red and the gains seem marginally less. Suggesting to me that bars are rounded.

Your dead on mate...I've unlocked up to Global and only 1/4 of the way through before I can unlock the Middle-Weight Knuckle Heads..though I'm sure someone will beat me to it

Correct, I experienced a decrease of 5% when training in Pour Femme than Global Gym, thus I can confirm that the bars are rounded....
