If you do indeed know who it is, he asked me not to name him in my thread since he gave me the whereabouts of several items.
Obviously, I can't tell you what to do.

What I can tell you all is that this person doesn't have these items in his display, he has them in his inventory.
Makes it quite hard to find out who it is.
