is anyone still looking at this issue?

and have the people who reported this issue/bug got there items yet?

as of yet i have had two reports closed regarding this issue finally pointed to this thread but after nearly a day i thought i might have had a response?

So I got my subscription back AFTER paying another 5 dollars, I never received my points or item for the last month(which was a worth 130m) and still haven't gotten my item this month. I have the receipt saying that I paid for the month of June(when the reset happened), its not fair or right in any way that I should have had to pay for the subscription and not received any of the benefits.... it makes me very upset that I am paying money for a game and not getting what I was promised.
I am about ready to cancel my subscription.

can some one please help me... or let me know what's going on,

Totally agree. The problem is they have that rule that if you cancel your subscriber you get fedded

Totally agree. The problem is they have that rule that if you cancel your subscriber you get fedded


Garbage. Please just stick to information about this that can be helpful to admins, rather than discussing or posting nonsense about being fedded for cancelling your subscription.

This confirmation doesn't mean anything. Fluffy has graveyard threads that have been confirmed as bugs and issues without resolve before, so that doesn't mean closure is on it's way. Plus this thread doesn't discuss whether we'll be getting the ITEMS THAT WE NEVER RECEIVED FOR JUNE AND JULY. <---that's what I'm curious about.

This thread just discusses an already established issue whether or not subscribers receive a free item every month which we do, look for yourself, the wording IS NOT AMBIGUOUS.

"By buying a subscription, you will receive one special item free every month. The item will be something that is not available in shops or foreign countries, like a Crime Enhancer, Cesium - 137, Lawyer Business Card etc."

Fixing the broken cron doesn't mean we'll get the items that we already missed for June and July.

I'm curious if we'll EVER get those items for June and July. If not, I want my money back for the last few months and I'll do my best to make sure everyone who also missed out on their items knows about it.

My subscription renewed n June and I got mine in June and July but still not for August yet. My status never was interrupted...just making it aware I believe there are many who's subscription was never interrupted and didn't get their monthly item either.

Same here so I guess every subscriber is missed out this month so far maybe crons will run late like last month, maybe the date was not reset back to the 1st?

I'm curious if I should cancel my payments and then restart it or if there is something a member of staff can do. I am also wondering if I'm not getting the 2 free gifts a month am I entered into the daily prize draws?

I've wonder the same thing about the daily draws, they seem to be a myth for me, i've never won anything from them.

I Have Subscriptions every month but for some reason it stops end of every month and starts on the second again so it seems like it does it so i don't get items and aint received for last 2 months.
