Just now I attempted to start a new bank investment.
When typing in how much money I would like to invest for how long, I typed in "2,000,000,000" and proceeded to invest.
But, instead of it going forward and asking me to confirm my investment, it instead said something along the lines of "You should invest at least 100 dollars." I was a little frantic at the moment to take any screen shots from fear of being mugged with that amount of money on hand so I have no screen shots to show this.
I did check and recheck that I was using commas and not periods.
Commas are supported elsewhere in the game so this may need conformation from others.
I am 100% sure that I used commas.
I entered 2,000,000,000 three times all with the same results.
Then entered 2000000000 and it went trough.
Commas seem to be the common denominator in my experience, but it could possibly be something else.
Sorry if I am making things difficult.
I would go back and try to invest again just to make sure I'm not crazy or anything, but yeah, I don't think I can end an investment early.
Could the problem possible be with the weird issue with Torn where if I don't log out, the next time I visit Torn, I auto log in to a lesser quality Torn? I think someone mentioned that it was Mobile Torn?
