Chats not running, and that link for enabling it only links to http://www.torn.com/managerooms.php and doesnt do anything.
Same fail when using https as when on http btw.

Have you tried clearing your cache and temp files?

If so,
please give us some more details

What server are you on
what operating system are you using,
and so on.

Wel its working again. Not sure what it was. Lets keep it at cache like you say lol.
