trying to attacked someone cannot hit them, try it again to take bounties same thing happen.
cannot hit them and later I saw their life drop to 0 but they are still ok.

Another way for the gang to steal energy... Your target managed to escape. That's only happened about 20 times in the last 4 or 5 days.

I have lost half my energy over the last 6 months. Something should be done about it.

And I haven't even listed EVERY time it happens... it gets just to be too much effort - when nothing is being done about it.

it doesnt even track as a runaway

How does my target just "manage" to run away, and yet I am left with no record of it? Disappointed with my sudden loss of energy. Perhaps staff would be willing to give a bit of input on this predicament?

Apparently the staff isn't even interested in this problem seeing I have been posting about it since last July and they have done nothing about it.
