Hey,
I've tried this a few times in the past and just tried again now.
I always get this:

Your zong payment was rejected because you are barred. Error is SMS; transaction ZONG3454692135564984.

Please advise, I want to donate but its not letting me.

The end user has been blocked by his carrier, due to his prepay plan.
You should ask your user to contact his carrier’s customer service directly.

There's nothing more we can do here. Seems you need to speak to your network provider.
