Recently, there was that DDoS attack and we couldn't go back online. I couldn't log in for about 5 days until someone on Facebook says to use a different browser to log in. I use google chrome and right now I'm using safari.
Whenever I go into torn on chrome, it says
No data received
Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this webpage later.
Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.
On safari and firefox it works, however.

It's a well known Chrome issue that pops up from time to time (on different versions) and doesn't appear to affect everyone at the same time. See this closed thread on the same issue:
