so if i leave the . at the end of 100 no players found, so i remove it & get this player 100 [983017],i hospitalise her & wait for the event to say mission complete, no event, not sure if this is a bug or i'm doing it wrong.

You have to look up the ID 100, not the NAME 100...

Yeah, if anonymous gives you a number it is an ID number not the name.
