At home on my desktop, the moment I log in and click on any link it logs me out. On my mobile, its the same problem using either my home wifi or data. But I do not have any problem when I am in my office using my office desktop.
Its been 3 days since 8th December Saturday Singapore time.

This has been happening to me for the past 4 days i have not been able to stay logged in, i have continuesly been logged out after one click. I figured after a day or two it would be resolved but it is still occuring, it is very annoying when i was doing so well reaching lvl 7 in 9 day and now i havnt been able to access any thing, please let me know how it could be fixed, i only have a smart phone, but i constatly clear my history and delete my cookies and still it persists.

Problem still occuring for me today, I get logged out ever 4-5 clicks. Got through my christmas town moves by having another Torn window open on the post-login screen, and hitting f5 to resend my login info each time. Rather tiresome.

Today I notice that, I get logged out once the server is switch to another one. I log in and connected to Envy (for example), I click Home button, still no problem, click whatever button still no problem, so far after 3 to 4 click later, the log out page appeared and the server name is change to another one already.

This started happening just 5 minutes ago, logged out after every log in, can't go anywhere. This occurs in firefox only for now. Chrome seems to work at the moment but I would like to use my browser of choice. |
This is no longer happening. For now at least, will report if I have trouble again.

There should certainly be some sort of compensation for those affected with this bug. I normally login in on my phone but had been unable to stay logged in for more than 10seconds since friday/saturday. Ive managed to log in today on my phone but i still believe that there should certainly be some kind of compensation for those affected i really dont think its fair how something that the user had no control over should affect them ecpecially through the wasted energy and money that could have been made during those off days! As admin i think you should atleast try to refund their losses otherwise whose there to say that if i was to carry on my playing and one day my whole empire gets destroyed because of a new bug, whose their to say admins will take responsibility And recover my empire? In that case, i may aswell quit now And save myself time,money and the heartache
I hope you find a justified solution for what has happened

After 4days of the logging out, it seems to be completely fine today.
Don't know if you guys fix it or it fixed itself, but great to be back on torn.

I emailed support about this issue and was made aware of this forum post, it appears to be fixed now but like others had a long period where I couldnt get on and do anything is there any mention of a goodwill gesture for those that reported it?

Mine is fine now, i havent been auto logged in about a week, i always got auto logged before since i was playing, i thought it was just part of the game :L
But i think its managed to sort itself now
Edit: I spoke too soon, been logged out a few times since i posted this
