COuld you please run the reset cron? We skipped chaining today because of the errors, and w/o refills we will probably have to skip another day too.

Not sure exactly what your back end is (obviously Mongo for something), but I code for a company with 25 million active users and we still use MySQL for user data. We use hadoop for aggregating massive log and BI data about those 25+ million users. (hadoop being comparable to Mongo)

IIRC (not my area), we use Tigase to provide fast search results to users (i.e. Not necessarily an interactive search by the user, Could be our app initiating and presenting the search results against the large user data set, similar to what you probably use Mongo for).

We were working on the servers, there was a global announcement announcing that issues might appear. I believe everything is fine now and working well.
