update, chatboxes all still missing for me...
when i click on the chat tab on the left it brings me to
https://www.torn.com/managerooms.php with the msg "Chat is not running. You can enable it. "
the enable it part is hyperlinked but nothing happens when i click enable it...

it happens with Firefox for me ^ and in Google Chrome it tells,failed to send a message and when i visit someones profile,i can't see an option for CHAT lol and i'm not chat banned and please i wan't it fixed very soon as i'm a trader and it's very difficult for me to play TC without chat
Thanks,hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Mine too, chat is gone!
I tried to clear my cache/cookies and nothing.
I tried to click enable chat in the chat options section and nothing happened.
I am running Google Chrome with a few extensions but even when I disable them nothing heppens

Well, i just did a test... Firefox and chrome the chat boxes do not work *on chrome there are NO chat boxes at all*, but on Internet Explorer it does.
EDIT - Though it works sporadically on IE. Sometimes the windows are there sometimes they are not.
EDIT TWO - Opera and Seamonkey, chats do not work either.
This is getting highly annoying.

same here,i use chrome and firefox and the chat boxes are not working,i tried to delete the cookies and log back in but still the same problem,it's been almost one day since the problem is on

My faction chat box has not changed from my previous faction and I get sorry, failed to send message everytime I type in bazaar.

Just wondering why there's enough staff to hand out wrongful forum/chat bans, yet not one has the time to let us know what's going on here.
Anyways, my issue consists of failed messages, followed by "Lost server connection".
