Hi TC team,
Firstly, thank you for a great online game! I'm relatively new to the game (4 months and a bit in!), and am really enjoying it.
I did want to let you know of a problem I have encountered over the past few days, which has got worse today.
In summary, I am unable to remove some of my items from my bazaar when I decide to close it.
Over the last few days, most of my bazaar items would remove, but usually I would find a few items left; even though I removed the total volumes for all the items remained.
Tonight however the problem got worst, and has not removed any items after I tried to do so, and just mentioned that there were no items to remove.
It's not a huge problem, but I wanted to let you know, as there is clearly an issue!!
Can you take a look at it please guys 'n' gals, as there is no doubt a bug here.....

In reply to your questions, please find answers below (if I have not answered the questions about the browser and add-ons correctly, then please let me know - I'm not the greatest IT user!!)
OK, so browser appears to be Internet Explorer.
Enabled Add-Ons are 'Shockwave Flash Object' and 'Microsoft Silverlight'.
The items that are unmovable are all the items that appear in my bazaar. Previously it was just a few items (a few days ago), but the problem has got worse and now it is all the items.
The message I get when trying to confirm deleting items from my bazaar is 'No items were found in your bazaar, or none to remove'.

Following on from the bug I logged which you have replied to and forwarded onto Ched; please can you add the following additional problem which I have just noticed which I think is very much related.....
.... In addition to not being able to remove any items from my bazaar, I have now discovered that when I use 'change your prices' the cuban cigars (which are listed first in the listing after I select change your prices) do not show in the bazaar when I confirm the changed prices. These cuban cigars don't appear in my bazaar at all!!! Very strange - but seems weird that they are the 1st item listed underneath the 'change your prices' section..... maybe there is a link?
I logged in and noticed "Pack of Cuban Cigars" was showing. You couldn't remove them because they didn't exist. The amount was 0 and wasn't deleted previously due to lag. I've added a quick fix to remove items from bazaars with amounts of 0 or under.
As for 'chaosick' problem, I was unable to test as they were travelling.
