I cannot get Google checkout to work with "use Google play balance" or Zong mobile phone check out to work.

With Zong, it said text was sent to your phone, never received it so I went back and tried again and it said error, couldn't send.

with Google wallet it gives you several options and I tried using Google wallet balance or whatever that options exact text is but it just freezes and said cannot use selected form, or something like that.
