BEFORE YOU POST NEWSLETTER ISSUES AS BUGS, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING.

Didnt get newsletter?

1. Do you have have access to the email address registered to your Torn account? http://www.torn.com/preferences.php?action=personal
a. Yes - Read on.
b. No - Please update your email to a new email address and have access to. Once validated you can use the resend newsletter link found (bottom right) of the email subscriptions page - http://www.torn.com/preferences.php?action=emailsubscriptions

2. Are you subscribed to newsletters? http://www.torn.com/preferences.php?action=emailsubscriptions
a. Yes - Read on.
b. No - Please update your subscription preferences here - http://www.torn.com/preferences.php?action=emailsubscriptions, then use the resend newsletter link (bottom right).

3. Have you checked SPAM/JUNK folders THOROUGHLY?
a. Yes - Please post a bug report.
b. No - Check SPAM/JUNK folders thoroughly. Unfortunately, the content of newsletters often trigger spam filters such as bonus, free, etc.

4. Do you use your email account frequently?
a. Yes - Please post a bug report.
b. No - Many free email accounts, like Hotmail, expire unused email accounts after 6 months of inactivity. Although you can still login, Hotmail will sometimes bounce emails sent to these email accounts. If we receive a bounce message from your email provider we instantly add your email address to our blocked list. So, if you set up your email address for temporary use and do not use it frequently, there's a good chance you are in that list. Please post a bug report - asking us to check if your email address is in our blocked list.

If you answered yes to all the questions above, please post a bug report.

Received newsletter but cant redeem bonus?

1. Are you reading the correct newsletter associated with your current Torn account? http://www.torn.com/preferences.php?action=personal
a. Yes - Read on.
b. No - Is this a multi account youve previously created? I would keep shut about this and access your email account registered with your current Torn account.

2. Does the name on the newsletter match your current player name?
a. Yes Read on.
b. No Is this a multi account youve previously created? I would keep shut about this and access your email account registered with your current Torn account.

3. Does your email address contain a reserved character, such as a plus symbol (+)?
a. Yes Please change the + symbol with %2B in the bonus link, hit enter then login. For example,
change: http://www.torn.com/login/?bonus=GOODWILL&email=firstname+lastname@torn.com&code=3422359094
to:
http://www.torn.com/login/?bonus=GOODWILL&email=firstname%2Blastname@torn.com&code=3422359094
b. No Read on.

Please post a bug report.
