When you logout and view someones profile, once you hover your pointer over one of the new symbols. You will see that the HTML tags are displayed.

I believe this must be due to the logged out version not including a file. I'll let Kevin handle this as I'm unsure where everything is.

This looks like an issue with your browser. Use a more common one like Opera, IE, Chrome or Firefox.

Actually this happens to me as well on Chrome.

Not all the time but it does happen every so often.

Firstly you have to tell people exactly which version of a browser you're using, as that could be the issue. I see there that you are using Aurora which is a 6 week trunk build of Firefox (post-nightly, pre-beta). Nightlies & pre-beta (heck, even beta) really aren't for the faint of heart.

Now, the issue I see there is the exact same issue I get on Firefox 15.0.1 (beta 1), and it happens when the page hasn't fully loaded yet and I hover over an icon. Letting the page actually load and hovering over the icon makes the hovertext appear correctly for me. What about you?

@Chedburn, I think this is quite a common browser if you ask me, It's made by the same company that make Firefox (Mozilla). The only reason I use this browser is because Im a developer and Aurora has some great tools for devs.
