Clicking around my own various heart icons (in different places) works fine fo rme, as well as clicking all yours that I can access works fine (and leads to your spouse's profile).
Where are you clicking the heart icon that gives you that incorrect URL?
What browser do you use, what version, what addons do you have and what server are you on?
pretty weird, since I run FF and it's not an issue there.
"http://www.torn.com/profiles.php?NID=Bobby_Marley" for me, and even if it's NID for a change, it works just fine for me.
Did you try cleaning your cache or doing control + R?
But I see the issue, when using NID, you need to add the NAME, not the ID. Are you sure when you click on your heart icon it displays the ID ? and not the name? As for me it discplays the name, so it should for you too.

When I hover over the heart image, it says married to 1513011 instead of the name as it is for you...
The way it is going for both my oldschool and default settings, it shows the id instead of the name, so as you said, the N in the address is looking for a Name instead of id number... which is why it doesn't work I believe... plus, when you put the name into the address in place of the number it works...
btw it's not the cache, as I'm using a freshly downloaded Chrome now... and its the same on all my browsers

I'm using the oldschool sidebar and you are right, when I hover over your heart (yours not mine) it does show your spouse's ID. However clicking on your heart goes straight to your spouse's page (ie. no error for me).
