I am using Chrome as my browser. I flushed my DNS and I still cannot play due to part of the casino area is cut off.

I already reported a similar problem in Firefox. I subsequently recalled that I don't like the standard size text on my browser and had reset it using the ctrl key and the minus key. Using ctrl and the plus key allowed me to see the whole window and play. (might have been the other way round!)

May still need work from the developer but might allow you to play in the meantime.
