Everytime I try to propose it says

"You are already proposing to someone. You must wait until they accept or decline, otherwise you can withdraw it.

Cancel your pending proposals."

It keeps saying this for me, but i don't have any pending proposals...

I've tried 5 times to cancel, then it says You have no pending proposals!

It still never works though... Anyone know why? Or have this problem before?
