It did not matter in the old since the info box was small.
It is just an issue since it takes less than a second for the Browser to popup the URL location of the link (mouse overed). I can check how many time I have in bank, drugs etc. But it bothers way too much.
I do not intend to set the URL notification off, since it is very useful.

Your image does not work for me, so I do not know what your issue is. Can you please explain your issue, in as much detail as possible, to me?
When I over the mouse on an Icon, I get the tooltip text just as usual. What I also have is Opera to also put a tooltip text that informs me the Address of such given link (overed).
The tooltip from Opera gets in the way of the one from Torn. Hence I have very limited time (about half a second) to actualy see most of the info in the Torn's tooltip text.
I take this is rather an unconventional setting, but perhaps if Torn's tooltip text were in a single line, one using Opera could easely see them.
URL tooltips are showing because you have status bar disabled in Opera.
To hide them, simply enable status bar:
View » Toolbars » Status Bar
Thanks, but I know that
I just think Status bar is a waste of space so I use the tooltip texts to check for redirections etc.
As I said, I can check the remaining times I got from education and drugs and so, I just have to over the mouse twice or so, so I don't get Opera's tooltip text in the way.
Was just suggesting that this may happen to somebody else, and the previous one-line boxes weren't a problem.
