I was traveling to South Africa, and when I logged back in, drug effects were gone. I'm missing Xanax and points for a refill.

When did you refill?
When did you pop a Xanax?
Was your Energy full in SA?

My Energy was full back in Torn, I flew to SA after I trained all my E. I refilled right after I took a Xanax. After the downtime returned I refilled with new points.

Edit: Energy Refill is probably 1:22 PM-ish TCT because I train with my refills after a Xanax
