I logged on after initial downtime and collected my winnings. After I logged out and tried to log back in but I couldn't for some time. Once I got back on it appears my winnings are gone. I don't think I had put the money in points before leaving but I had just woke up. It wasn't a large amount so no rush on investigating.

Went to re-withdraw money at the bookie but it was not reset.
