I played crouchy a game of chess a bit ago. I was white, and after I had made my third move I was waiting for crouchy to make their move. I watched their timer run out. The game announced that I had timed out and lost.
If you go to the chess stats and look at the game, you will see that I had made my third move, and crouchy had not made their move yet. I checked the game view from my stats as well as from crouchy's stats, and the view is the same....I was white and had made 3 moves, and they were black and had only made 2 moves, but I lost because of timeout. I would like it very very much if you could go look at this error and give me back the ranking points I lost because of this terrible error. I am fairly high ranked, and crouchy is very low, so I lost a lot of ground to them because of this error, and I want my ranking back. The game was played 2012,7-20, at 04:18:01 Torn time.
Please go look at the game statistics and you will see that it was not my move, but croucchy's move, and they are the one who timed out. They had only made 2 moves, I had made 3, it was THEIR MOVE NOT MINE. The recorded game statistics show this to be true.
I confirm, due to a silly mistake, no matter who times out - black win.
That situation lasted for about 9 hours.
I will try to restore money/rating of all who suffered from this problem, but it'll take some time, so you need to be patient.
I believe all of 28 players will find their money and rating back.
All of you "played" a formal game with me that did the trick.
Unfortunately I'm not going to restore the state of your opponents, which gained rating and money due to that bug.
If I would, that would cause a "chain reaction" that would involve more and more players.
