I don't know if this is really a bug or not, but asda123 [1649585] made a faction, and he asked me if I wanted to be the leader cause he isn't that active. So I became leader, and he set up a trade to transfer ownership, but cancelled it. Now his days in the faction don't accumulate and I can't change his permissions or anything.
