Hello, I lost a game because of connection error, every time I play chess several times a game I get a connection error. Normally when I hit the refresh button provided by the game, everything is okay. My last game the connection error, or lag, caused me to lose the game. I moved my piece but the timer on my side continued to count-down until it said I lost because I timed-out.
What more do you need to investigate this? I have read several other reports of the exact same thing happening to others, and it says confirmed and fixed next to them. When might I expect some sort of acknowledgment that I have made a bug report?
You do realize that it is Sunday, right? We, as staff, also have our own lives and can not deal with every report right away. I would kindly like to ask you to be more patient next time, we will get to your report. Reports are usually dealt with within 24 hours.

I apologize for any inconvenience, and I also hope you understand the inconvenience that I felt during the above mentioned problem with the game system.
