Although I have (for quite some time now) completed all the Computer Science educations, the -30% virus coding time perk seems to have no effect.
It is still listed in my Personal Perks on the 'Home' page, yet just today I have noticed a Simple Virus (10 days coding time) is going to take 10 days, instead of the usual 7 days (Because of the -30% coding time).
I have coded several Simple Viruses in a row now, and all of the previous ones have stated that it will take 7 days, and have taken 7 days to complete. Today however, it stated it would take 10 days to code which I thought odd, and started coding one anyway. Once I have begun coding it, it still says it will take 10 days, rather than the usual expected 7 days.
There may be other perks currently having no effect also?

I have the same issue today. I have -20% perk and need to code a simple virus for 10 days instead of the usual 8.

You have started programming a simple virus. It will take 5 days to complete. Once you have finished programming, you will receive the virus on disk in your items.

I have both edu's and IIL, it should be lower then 50%

Got same issue it says 10 days insread of the normal 7 days it has been for the last few simple virus I have coded.
