I went to the airstrip and travelled away, i followed the steps until i saw

Travel to another country
You make your way over to the airstrip and tell your pilot to head for Switzerland.

then didnt click on continue nor went to/refreshed any other page. A while later, i go to the index page to see how much left until i arrive to my destination, but i noticed it had just been triggered. Since this action (to this step) cant be cancelled, why is there an extra unnecessary step?

It's been the same since the old travelling system? You always had to click continue to start travelling.

No, when you got to the part with the "You step on a plane and being travelling to X" you were already travelling, there was no need for the extra step.

Also, when you travel back to Torn, you dont have to click on continue to trigger it. So why is it different when travelling from Torn?
