I have just got to level 30 received the medal but no merit.

I was told by staff to post in here to get the problem sorted.

You have 8 merits to spend on anything you would like on the list below. You've earned these merits by attaining 43 medals and 55 honors. The enhancements are incremental and will go up in cost the more you upgrade them. For example, if you pay one merit to upgrade an improvement, next time you want to upgrade it you will need to pay two merits, after that three etc.

Available merits: 8
Merits used: 89

I can't purchase merits yet.
