With the warbar at 101% in our favor, we havent been able to claim victory for a few days now. The option does not appear.
During the war, the enemy faction got sold and most of the members were kicked out.

Keep making attacks, the [claim victory] button will appear. Some wars just take more hits. One of mine required 107% control.
