I activated all the gym's after i update 1 the other one goes and in general discussion it says own all the gym's to get the award i owned them but they keep getting deactivated.

You mean that you bought and activated all your gyms in Light, but they get deactivated? Screenshot of your gympage please?

You can only have one gym active at a time.
