I have completed and activated each of the lightweight gyms and also went back and did one train in each of them but still my honour has not come through. I am nearly on to my second middle gym, here is a screen shot

You need to trigger the honor.
For this honor, I believe you need to unlock another gym or finish the middleweight gyms completely
