When factions enter a peace treaty, you cant attack the other faction.

I accidently double clicked BambinaDuckie [477368]'s attack link, and my target "ran away", even though I cannot attack. I lost 25 E (was on vico).

This shouldnt be allowed to happen, right?

It said she ran away because you double clicked
