Riiighhtt so... Dunno if I'm doing something wrong here or what not but it's getting pretty frustrating now.
Have a networth of 5m award and I just sold 10 flamers to the system, that's 2.5m each*10 = 25m
So I should have 3 extra merits right?
10m networth
25m networth
and rank up...
So that's 3 I'm missing there, I'm also missing the Gym Honor for completely the light gyms, after training in each one, unlocking each -- But I'm just guessing I need to unlock the first middle weight.

You are rank 11. Meaning you have triggered 10 ranks. Quick glance tells me you have 3 for level, 1 for crimes and 6 for networth. Which all adds up.

Yes, you need to unlock the next middleweight gym.
