In the rules, it is stated that a person may not restart the game. It also says if your account is marked for deletion, you can restart in 90 days. Additionally, if a person makes a multiple account, then they will be marked for deletion. Doesn't this mean a player could choose to restart by making a multi? Then, they will be marked for deletion and then be able to restart. Which means the system allows a player to restart if they wait 90 days. It seems to go against the intention of the rules.
