The rules need to be clarified on what the rules ARE.

Lets take the Forum ones for example:
http://www.torn.com/wiki/Forums

And lets look specifically at
Spamming/Flooding/Trolling

The act of multiple posts to boost your post rate or to break another rule. e.g. woot first post, or posting nothing but smileys or profanity etc. Posting messages off the thread topic, thread hijacking, making posts which have no bearing in the thread it is placed in. Intentionally posting replies to encourage off topic responses. This include typing nonsense post that are not legible intentionally.

No-where does it state that doing anything mentioned in this "rule" is good or bad.

So can you "Intentionally post replies to encourage off topic responses" and not be punished?
Or will there be a punishment?

Generally, Rules are made clear, such as "No Profanity, No This, No That".
The rules for this site just describe what they are, not how they are enforced.

Just saying.

Umm, what?
First you say they aren't clear, then you say that the rules explain what the rules are just not how they are enforced.

You're clearly just annoyed that you got banned from the forums. Here's a thought; stop flaming?

No; I said they need CLARIFYING.

Since you obviously don't understand, here is a quote from dictionary.com:

to free from ambiguity.

Ambiguity means:
doubtfulness or uncertainty of meaning or intention

Does that help you understand?
If not, I have lost faith in you already.

And yes, I said they explain what the "rules" are, but not how they are enforced.
Why explain what SPAMMING is; but not say "it's allowed" or "it's disallowed"?

That sets out a BIG set of uncertainty, as to whether you CAN, or CANNOT, post things.

Because it is not clarified.

Being banned from the forums; no.
Being banned from the forums with no response from staff as to WHY I got banned, except "read the rules"; Yes.

So I read the "rules" - they need clarifying.
I perceive that as an ISSUE; and so posted in the "Bugs & ISSUES" section of the forum.

Is that too hard for you to understand?
Or do you want it presented in a way I speak to my 6 year old daughter?

The rules are clear you will bend them to suit you no matter what. Don't make another bug report about it.
