I just received this message as well. It was right after I logged in to TC. I had OD'd the day day before and when I logged in I noticed my drug sign was gone. I went to the gym to train and the drug sign came back along with an event saying I had popped a xanax. It now says I have 434 minutes left (which is probably about where the OD penalty was about at)
