i have noticed i kick out from my own PI and my happy bar goes to 100 automatically.

i got a event which shows my spouse has been deleted from the game due to inactive.

i suppose there is no relation between my happy bar goes to 100 or kick out from my own PI and deletion my spouse.

When you are kicked out of your property (or leave/move), your happy always goes to 100.

it's my own property.. so no question to kicked out.. and i never leave/move from my PI. this maybe related to deletion of my spouse due to inactive
