I've also found that every so often the dexterity covers defence, or the option to train doesn't appear on the defence and dexterity, it fixes every so often after being refreshed a few times, but its quite annoying
i have trained more than 800 energy on gym from mobile but i had only 6% in my progress to next gym

These are separate issues, please file a new bug report on them.

my phone is the sony ericsson W810i (unfortunately) and i also sometimes use my brothers psp for torn.
neither works and tornberry, i attempted what you suggested and it still doesnt fix the problem
coould the problem be due to the make or wifi connection ?
Can you please try once more, but this time delete entire internet history from your phone.
Please follow the steps in order:
* Logout of torn.
* Delete entire internet history.
* Close browser window.
* Re-open new browser window.
* Log in to torn (take not if it says login to "Full" Torn or login to "Mobile" Torn at the bottom of the mobile login box) beneath the forgotten password link.
* Goto gym
