Hi Me And My Brother Both Have Accounts On Torn City And Whenever I Go On Chat His Name Appears As The Sender Instead Of Me And I Was Just Wondering If It Can Be Fixed (If So, How?) And What Is Wrong With It ?

Because you use the same computer, your session gets stored in the same cookie. You can solve it by clearing your cache and temp files
