I paid for Donator pack yesterday, and my energy & nerve refresh rates have increased, but my max Energy is still 100. I thought it would Increase to 150?

There is no star next to your name marking you as donator status. Are you sure you used the actual DP item? You need to hit 'use' next to the DP in your inventory.
