Old messages in the faction chat box randomly appear again. Also chat is experiencing occasional lags.

I don't think I need any screens unless our faction is the only faction experiencing this....

(But good job getting the ampersand issue fixed finally )

This happens when the chat processes are restarted; this should not happen very often any more.
