From time to time i m having a problem to play torn i cant get thru to open this address and i see only network errors on the other hands i am ok with other websites and games.
When i have this problem and i use a proxy server,torn runs smooth again however a bit slower coz of proxy server .
Today it runs normally again.
My question is that i dont feel comfortable when i have this problem and can i know how to fix that problem.
It depends on tc servers or sth to do with flush dns ?

PS .. I dont know how to Switch TC server 1 to 6 .
That is not a Firefox error page; it appears to be a proxy error page.
The proxy you're using (or the one you normally use) was experiencing a problem or you recieved the error page because Torn took too long (it's been laggy lately yeah) to respond to the proxy server, which passed through that proxy error page back to you.
Use a different proxy, or don't use a proxy or wait out the errors.
(ofc I'm assuming the error page you provided is from the proxy you normally use, not the working one?)
