just tried 4 attacks and all of them wouldnt complete at first i thought i was trying to do it to fast so i tried to complete an attack slowly and the instant i clicked attack it happened again
The ID's dont match or the attack is over already.
That is the error i recieved everytime....

Ok checking over my actions, if this can be caused by having 2 torn windows open at the same time its my fault.

Yes, you can not have 2 Torn tabs/windows open at the time of an attack.
