I bet $20,000,000 at the bookie on South Africa to beat Samoa in the rugby world cup. The bookie says that Samoa won. This is not the case at all.

The bet was a handicap bet, South Africa had to win by 18 or more points. http://www.torn.com/wiki/Bookie_FAQ there's a section on handicaps in there.
